Super clean and neat. Very quiet rooms, we never heard any sound from another room or the major hotel construction going on nearby. We stayed a total of 6 nights coming and going. Very friendly, helpful and responsive staff. This is where we will stay for every trip to Manila to visit family. I doubt you can find as good a quality room for anything close to this price.

I stayed in this cosy place in Aug and Sept 06. Very warmth and friendly environment. Staff are helpful and courteous. Room is clean and tidy, but small. Location is great, near to shopping mall and eating places. It's worth the money. Would definitely stay there again. I recommend this place to business people and backpackers on a budget.

No frills but super clean facility. Hot showers with great water pressure. Cold airconditioners in room that run silent. Clean linens (I am very allergic to house dust) and clean room. No odors, smoking only in areas outside of the rooms, 24hours staffed Front Desk, Security and Room Service. Value for money business hotel exceeds standards for this category of inn.

This is truely an "INN" as advertised
- a nice, clean, pleasent place to spend the night or nights. Its
design is quaint and unique. Although the location is a bit off
center, the staff are always able to get a taxi to the door. The
food is adequate and of room service quality, and it gets to the
room very quickly!!! Business type services are there, but not like
a "Business Center", rather they are front desk assisted.

I made my reservation based on the reviews here, and I wasn't disappointed. It's a quiet hotel a little outside the downtown business and shopping areas, but I could still walk it, day or night. The neighborhood looks a bit rough, but I don't think it's unsafe. The room was basic and small, but clean, and the bathroom was very clean with lots of hot water and fresh towels everyday. The air conditioner unit was noisy though, maybe just my room, and there was no mini fridge, but the TV had a lot of channels.
Staff here are very good, especially the night girl and the cafe staff. They arranged to have me picked up from the airport at a late hour for 500 pesos. The metered cab rate back to the airport was under 100 pesos. The 24 hr cafe is a bonus, they even had breakfast ready for me at 4:30 am on the day of my (early) departure. I stayed here 4 nights, and I'd stay here again. It's a good place and great value for the money.

The hotel itself was cheap enough compared to other competitors, then you can save money by staying here. The room is really nice except for the bathroom which is really small especially the shower area. But if you just want to have a place to stay where you can take nap, shave and shower then go to nice places, then this is the pace for you.

I stayed there for about 4 days. The room is nice but small. The place has four levels but no elevators. The location is in a hidden area of Makati...most taxi drivers are not familiar with the place. The only land mark is a big billboard on the roof and a few banners with directions. It's still a walking distance to the shopping centers. This is great value for the money. If you are looking for longer stay in Manila, a place to sleep and a bath, this is the place. I recommend this place for anyone.

I stayed one more night after returning from one week in Boracay, so two nights altogether. As many have said before, the cleanliness is outstanding - no cockroaches, no mosquitoes, no people smoking in the rooms. It's a well-kept, apparently recently renovated 2-star hotel, but the cleanliness and the friendliness are 5-star. It's an outstanding value for the money - in Manila, you could easily spend twice as much and be a lot less comfortable. The airport pickup when I arrived at the international airport was a good deal, considering the mess getting out of that airport and the high rates of the airport taxis (but a regular metered taxi, if you don't mind the small size and sometimes shaky ride, is easy to get and quite a bit cheaper if you're going to or from the domestic airport or when going back to the international airport from the hotel).

As it has stated in the numerous comments and feedback on the web site, the place was an excellent value for the money. For someone who wants a no-frills hotel for an overnight stay to just get a shower and a good night rest, I highly recommend this establishment. I had a tough time making any phone calls, both domestic and international from the room and this was a negative point. For the locals who carry the mobile/cell phone, it may not be a problem, but for an outsider like me it was a bit of trouble. Many good eateries or restaurants within the short walking distance.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location
is a disadvantage...it seems to be in the centre of the biggest traffic
jam in the world, but if someone likes hustle and bustle and large
shopping malls, it would be ideal. The friendliness of the local people
with smiling faces everywhere leaves me with great memories. The hotel
sent there own mini bus to pick me up, which was a pleasant surprise
after a long journey.

This is not a fancy up-scale hotel with all the extras. Instead, it's a very nice, clean, comfortable and inexpensive place to stay that you can't beat for its price! This is a beautiful small hotel. The rooms are nice, not large but not to small. The staff where friendly and easy to talk to. The only drawback I can find is asia-hotels.com ask if you want a smoking room. This hotel only lets you smoke in the halls and even has chairs and large ashtrays for you. I didn't want to sit in the hall. I pointed this out to the desk and they asked me if I wanted to smoke in the room and of course I said yes. It took them 10 minutes to find a small ashtray for me to use, as I said friendly people.

This is a small, out-of-the-way hotel. The rooms are small, but satisfactory. The rooms were very clean, the air conditioning worked properly and the service was satisfactory. This is a quaint, homey, very well run hotel. If I could live there, I would. Their 24 hr roomservice was superb. You can't find a hotel at that price with that type of service and have it be super clean with immediate responses to all your requests. I was truly surprised and amazed. Now the rooms on the fifth floor may have had a longer wait (I was on third) but no matter who you are, this is a great value and kind of a fun place to stay for the money saved and the great service received.

Although located in an inner mainly residential area, a good alternative for no-frills, clean and basic accommodation when visiting Makati City. Facilities comprise only a cute 24-hr lobby coffee shop, offering a fairly-priced and essential menu selection. Alternative dining and entertainment are only minutes away. Taxis are the best way to reach the commercial centre but the hotel is not along normal taxi lines so assistance or a short walk to the main road is necessary. A flight of stairs leads to spacious, clean and well kept rooms, which are actually quieter further into the hallway, away from the street.
